Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.

As many of our products are custom-made to order, production begins shortly after your order is confirmed. Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once production has started.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, including tracking details where applicable.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery typically takes 7–15 business days from the date your order is placed.

This timeframe includes production and shipping.

Please note:

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location.

• Delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing, peak periods, or carrier disruptions.

• Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Locations

We ship internationally. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.

Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking and ensure availability for delivery.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and local taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer. Just Jigsaws is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If a parcel is returned due to incorrect details, reshipping fees will apply.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order has not arrived within 20 business days, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.

While we work with reliable shipping partners, we are not responsible for delays once the parcel has been dispatched. However, we will assist you in resolving any delivery issues.
